The WorkSafe Plan is an initiative of WorkSafe Western Australia designed to support organisations in formalising their safety and health management systems, reducing workplace harm, and minimising legal risk.
WAEOSS provides accredited WorkSafe Plan Assessors with experience across various industries, including:

Audits include a review of management systems, site inspections, documentation quality, and workforce interviews, including subcontractors, to verify implementation.
Auditing against your Safety Management Plan or Systems
WAEOSS also conducts independent assessments of existing Safety Management Plans or systems to evaluate actual implementation. A written report can be provided for internal use or client submission.
